Select [your name]'s Account. Under Require Password, choose the settings you want for purchases and free downloads. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
After you click Submit, you'll see a screen that says 'Remember Password? I tried to do as u said but when I click on password and security, in settings, the box pops up wanting me to enter my Apple ID password.
