Arma 3 keeps re downloading mods

I unsubbed from the RHS mods and that stopped the downloading process Subbed again and everything was fine. Seems to be an issue with steam and that subscribe button in my case. This is only if your mods files are still on your computer, but steam doesnt detect them. It does not work, In arma the mods of a preset I have are called "Corrupted" status. The Steam client instead of bulk now is downloading everything one by one I dnt know if to put the old file back I am stuck in this crap.
